Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, windy, changed eddy clock -8min

Ariane and I arrived at 13:25 PDT. It was windy and mild with mostly clear skies and a super clear view of Mt. Diablo. The wetland looked greener and the staff gauge read 49 cm.

I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG and miniDOT data. Ari cleaned flux and rad sensors. The wash reservoir was full. I swapped desiccant for the miniDOT and water level sensor.

I checked the conductivity sensor as part of its routine check every 3 monthsâ€”the orifice was clean.

I checked the eddy clock and changed it -8 min to match the laptop time: when it was 12:50, I changed it to 12:42 I reset the 7550 box and confirmed that the USB was logging, the 7700 was connected, and the eddy clocks were still ok. From the field notes, it looks like we set the clock back -5min 2 months ago, so I think this eddy clock is drifting about -4min/month. We need to keep an eye on it. The 7550 firmware is already the latest version (v8.8.32).
