Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, alfalfa looking good, spectral, veg height
| 2020-03-05 Bouldin Alfalfa Ariane and I arrived at 10:35 PST. It was a sunny, windy day with a cold wind and cirrus clouds. The alfalfa is about shin height and there is almost no bare soil between the plan canopies. The wash reservoir was 4/5 full; we refilled it. I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and FD data. The FD data downloaded fine on the new field laptop, even though it was having trouble at Bouldin Corn earlier. I did not clear the FD data. Ariane took spectral measurements and cleaned flux and rad sensors. We took veg height measurements. LI-7500 readings: CO2 407ppm H2O 598ppm T 17.2C P 102.1kPa SS 97--> 100 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 1.86ppm RSSI 32-->75 after cleaning We left at 11:10 PST. |
