Summary: 7700 calibration and desiccant swap. Outlet water levels measured.
| West Pond 2019-10-22 Daphne and I arrive at 14:20. It was warm (dare I say hot) and sunny with little to no breeze. The water level is 25cm – still very low with the water sensors just above the surface. The inlet is open but no water is flowing. Some wasps here too but not as thick and annoying as the other wetland sites. We picked up the ladder for Ariane to use at Mayberry. The 7500 read: 420ppm CO2, 500mmol/m3 H2O, 28C, 101.9kPa, 98SS The 7700 read: 2.15ppm CH4, 36RSSI – 72 after cleaning The wash reservoir was mostly full. We calibrated the 7700. After calibration we swapped the 7700 desiccant flooding the head with the dry cal gas. The hat and auto-wash spray head were reinstalled. I measure the water level at the outlets. The east outlet water level was 36cm upstream and 39cm downstream below the boards. The west outlet water level was 30cm upstream and 34cm downstream below the boards. Daphne trimmed some of the trees along the back road to East Pond. We left at 15:10 |
