Summary: Water level is full but inlet is not running - maybe ok. Standard data collection.
| West Pond 2019-10-31 Camilo and I arrived at 14:20. It was clear and sunny and mild with little to no wind. The water level was 54cm. A big increase since last time, but the inlet was not running because the valve was turned off. We left it that way since is seems someone is actively managing things right now. A lot of the vegetation along the roads had also been cut back. Camilo measured the water levels at the outlets. The east outlet was 4cm below the boards on the upstream side and 43cm below the boards on the downstream side. The west outlet was even with (0cm) the boards on the upstream side and 42cm below the boards on the downstream side. The 7500 read: 402.7ppm CO2, 248.3mmol/m3 H2O, 23.0C, 102.2kPa, 95.8SS The 7700 read: 1.95ppm CH4, 32.5RSSI – 74.1 after cleaning The wash reservoir was about half full – refilled. |
