Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, spectral, construction on the levee road
| 2018-09-05 Sherman Barn We arrived at 13:55. It was sunny and very windy. The sky was clear, with hazy horizons. They are moving earth around on the levee between the barn and the levee road. The workers were parked next to the barn, and we had to navigate around machinery to get to/from our gate. It looked like the eastern chamber corral had been pushed: the chambers were still inside the corral (one was knocked over), but they were bunched up on one side. One collar was outside the corral. We put the collar inside and righted the chamber where it was. I collected met, camera, and USB data. Sam cleaned flux and rad sensors. Alex took spectral measurements and refilled the wash reservoir; it was ½ full. LI-7500 readings: CO2 393ppm H2O 675ppm T 22.2C P 101.4kPa SS 97-->99 LI7700 readings CH4 1.9ppm RSSI 36ppm --> 74ppm after cleaning We left at 14:15. |
