| 2018-09-05 Mayberry We arrived at 15:00. It was sunny with clear skies, but the horizons were hazy. It was surprisingly windy. The gate has been fixed. Some of the cattails are yellowing. The water level is back up again, and the staff gauge read 30cm. Alex collected water samples for Isabel right when we arrived, at 14:00 PST; this is the last set of prepared bottles, and we’ll send the samples to Isabel shortly. I collected met, camera, USB, and miniDOT data. I dropped the desiccant from the lower miniDOT into the water, so it needs a new desiccant next time. Sam cleaned flux and rad sensors. Alex cleaned the fluorometer and then put on waders to get bubbles out of it. Alex refilled the wash reservoir; it was 1/3 empty. LI-7500 readings: CO2 395ppm H2O 697ppm T 22.4C P 101.1kPa SS 102-->104 LI7700 readings CH4 1.94ppm RSSI 50ppm --> 86ppm after cleaning We left at 15:35. |
