We arrived at 11:55. It was warm, breezy, and sunny. The water surface was covered with mostly mosquito fern, with not much duckweed visible. The water level was 25cm.

Katrina took wetland LAI measurements from the boardwalk N of the tower. She took measurements off of the N side of the boardwalk, with 2 steps in between each reading. She took both below and above measurements with the below wand because we didnâ€™t bring the tripod mount for the above wand. EE0628B file was with 270deg cap; EE0628C file was with no cap.

Sam cleaned the flux and rad sensors. I collected met, camera, and USB GHG data (re-using the same USB stick).

I adjusted the Licor GHG column because something had been re-set the last time we swapped the 7700 for calibration. The LicorGHG columns had been storing extra sonic columns. Under Site Setup, I changed the sonic connection option from SmartFlux to 7550 Analog Inputs and input the U, V, W, and SOS multipliers and offsets. I reset the 7550 box; there was then a 7700 clock sync error, and a 2nd 7550 box reset seemed to solve the clock sync error. I checked that the 7700 was connected, both 7500 and 7700 were on automatic clock settings, and that data was logging.
