We arrived at 11:00. It was sunny and windy with some thin, high clouds. There is a lot of grass between the alfalfa and the grass is taller than alfalfa.

I downloaded met, soil co2 and USB GHG data and swapped the camera card. Elke and I cleaned the radiation sensors and 7500.

Joe added a precipitation tipping bucket sn 49187-109 to the same pole as the soilco2 datalogger enclosure and wired it to the met CR1000.

We removed the LED sensor now that we have the SRS sensors for NDVI and PRI. To clean up the mux wiring, I moved the LW in/out to channels 5/6. However, there were intermittent NANs, so I moved the LW in/out back to the original channels (11/12?).

I uploaded a new CR1000 program to the met CR1000 that includes the precipitation bucket and removes the LED sensor.

Elke did soil respiration measurements. There were no high humidity warnings this time.

Isabel took 5 clip plot samples. Elke took 20 veg height measurements.

We left at 11:45.
