We arrived at 9:20. It was sunny and windy with light, thin clouds. It looks like they had planted (the soil had been smoothed out) but no corn had emerged yet.

I collected the met and USB GHG data. There is no camera at the site yet. The met data looked reasonable, but there were two power problems. No data between 5/1 14:00 and 5/2 3:00. There was also spotty data between 5/8 10:00 and 17:00 (average battery dropped down to 9.2V). During these periods, there were spikes in some of the data, e.g., NR01, VWC.

Elke cleaned the EC and radiation sensors and refilled the wash reservoir; it was 1/2 empty.

Joe installed a CNR1 4-way radiometer on the same boom as the Huskeflux NR01 4-way radiometer. It is connected to its own datalogger and small battery.

We reset the time zone of the 7550 interface and synced the clock with the laptop. The timezone was US/Pacific and we changed it to ETC/GMT +8. The 7500 analyzer UTC time was 1 hour behind. The time on the 7700 settings were off, but the time options were grayed-out, so it should be synced with the 7500.
