Summary: Swapped HMP60 shield for one with fan, clock error on 7700 but data seemed okay, Stardot camera pointing down - repositioned.
Sherman Wetland 2016-06-24 I arrived about 9am with Dennis. It was very clear, sunny and warm with a strong wind from the northwest. The wetland continues to dry – the mud in the channels is dry enough to walk on. The vegetation on the levees is dead. Dennis swapped the solar shield on the HMP60 for one that has a ventilation fan. We hooked up the power, but Dennis said he could not tell if the fan was running and I didn’t double check it. Dennis fixed the pin bolt for the radiation boom tightening the wing nut and lubricating with WD40. The 7700 read: 1.914ppm CH4, 56.5 RSSI – 84.5 after cleaning The 7500 read: 401ppm CO2, 648.6mmol/m3 H2O, 21.26C, 101.8kPa, 99.4SS The wash reservoir was full. The 7550 was reporting an error on the 7700 clock sync. I reset the 7550 box and this fixed the error. I did not see any missing data in the summery files. The Stardot camera was pointed down at the scaffolding. I think I forgot to tighten up the bolts. We realigned the camera, maybe with a little more sky and tightened the bolts. I swapped out the desiccant for the water pressure sensor but we need to remove the cap from the end. |
