Summary: Moved AM25T to soil co2 box

Twitchell Alfalfa
2016-03-24

I arrived at about 12:30. The alfalfa is looking good, maybe 20 to 30cm high. Lots of squirrel activity again. I need to think about how to discourage them around the tower. Bring a shove and fill their holes. The wire for the sheep fence is still there.

I moved the AM25T sn 6767 from the data logger box at the tower to the soil CO2 data logger box. It needs a longer cable for control and power (~12”) and a longer ground wire (~20”). It is connected to the CR1000 on differential channel 4 and excitation port 1.

We need a new post for that box – use a pipe instead of the fence post.
