Sensor does not turn on. Tried connecting to it in the lab using both the lab cable and the field cable. With the field cable, I tried both 12V and 24V. There was a flash of some LEDs when I was disconnecting the 12V wire, but I couldn't replicate it. |

I set the unit up to log data. The data logging interval is 30sec and the wiper does 2 revolutions. The logging interval limits the number of wiper revolutions but doesn't seem to affect the data output on the serial line which seems to be 1Hz. |

I plugged in the fluorometer in the lab with the manufacturer supplied power supply and serial cable. The unit seems to be working and using less than 3.4A at 12V supplied by the power supply. I'm wondering if there is some short in the cable in the field. The unit also needs its wiper and data output set up before it can be used in the field. |

Shipped back to Turner for repair. We did not see the CDOM UV light source (should show up as a blue light on a piece of white paper), and there was condensation/gunk inside one of the CDOM windows. |
