I arrived at 13:40 PDT. It was a sunny, windy, and dusty day. There were blue skies above but sufficient haze at the horizons to cover Mt. Diablo. The water level has gone down a bit; the staff gauge read 43cm. The wetland still looks mostly green.

I checked the conductivity sensor because its temperature has been high. I didnâ€™t see anything obviously wrong with it, although the sensor was near the surface of the water. I lowered it so it was about 10-20 cm underwater.

I collected water samples for Isabel at 12:50. I forgot the water sampler so I scooped them by hand from the NW corner of the tower.

I downloaded met and USB GHG data. The camera was off and there were no photos. There was a broken wire at the screw terminal inside the camera case, which I fixed. I downloaded the FD data and cleared its memory. The eddy clock looked ok.

I cleaned flux and met sensorsâ€”lots of cattail fluff and spider webs, including crisscrossing the 7700 measurement volume. Since RSSI was low but there was a mostly full wash reservoir, I tested the 7700 washâ€”seemed fine. I topped off the wash reservoir.

I disconnected the fluorometer sn 2300565 and replaced all 3 of its brushes because one of the old brushes had crooked hairs that splayed over the sensor. The fluorometer lenses looked clean.
