Daphne, Robert and I arrived at 15:00. It was warm and sunny with some high thin clouds. The wetland is brown but there are some new cattails sprouting along the vegetation edges. The water is very brown. The water level was 28cm. The boardwalks had been pushed to the south side of the scaffolding by the wind and the water sensor boom was nearly under the over-water radiometers. I moved the water sensor boom back to the north.

Daphne collected the data and Robert cleaned the sensors.
The 7500 read: 424ppm CO2, 350mmol/m3 H2O, 19.3C, 101.7kPa, 104SS â€“ 105 after cleaning
The 7700 read: 201ppm CH4, 60RSSI â€“ 86 after cleaning
The wash reservoir was full.

We pulled up the water sensors and collected the MiniDot data. The fluorometer has been reporting odd numbers. The windows looked clean and the brushes brushed while we were inspecting it. However there usually is a blue light that was missing and there was no response in CDOM when we held it over white paper which should cause it to spike. There also seemed to be some condensation in one of the CDOM windows. We disconnected it and brought the fluorometer sn 2300565 in for further evaluation. I taped up the connector and strapped it to the boom.

I removed the DF Robot water pressure sensor sn GL-136-01 for more testing in the lab â€“ its behavior in the field has been less than exciting.

The data logger program needs more work to be updated for sensors that have been removed.

Robert took water samples for Isabel at 15:30.

We left at 15:40.
