I arrived about 1:15pm PDT with Sara and Cove. It was clear, sunny and very hot with little to no breeze. The corn seems to be filling in a bit with early ones flowering and setting cobs and the later ones catching up.

I helped Sara do spectral measurements while Cove to the LAI. We need a longer USB cable and to keep the head from rotating in the tripod mount. Also a shade on a stick might help the LAI as well.

The tower data looked okay.

I played with the auto-camera’s settings to see if I can get its focus to be better, but with little success.
