Summary: Fixed wiring on AM25T

I arrived around 13:15 PST. It was sunny with blue skies and puffy cumulus clouds everywhere. It was calmer here than at Bouldin Corn, with only an occasional cold breeze. There was a dead cow under the overpass with its 2 back legs tied up.

The staff gauge read 58cm and there were actually some green tules and cattails coming up!

This is an off-cycle visit where I planned to replace the AM25T. Many of the TCs were NAN when we swapped in 2 new profiles last month. However, since then most of the TCs actually look fine, except for TC9 which is reading NAN or a really high number (40 deg C +). Most of the other TCs that were NAN started working a few days later after installation--not sure why.

Back in Feb when we swapped in the new profiles, I had wired the profiles backwards. Today I corrected the wiring so it matches the MB_tule data stream version 20211021123000. TC1-8 are in open water and TC9-16 are in the tules. I re-uploaded recent data so all data in database is at the correct depths now.

TC9 was still not working after I changed the wiring, confirming that there is something wrong with the channel, not with the thermocouple. I decided losing one thermocouple (at -32cm) out of 25 total is ok, so I didn't swap out the whole AM25T.

The wash reservoir was full. All the sensors looked pretty clean, so I didn't clean anything. The HMP fan was dead so I swapped it out.

I downloaded met, cam, and USB GGH data. I changed the eddy clock +1min from 14:17:30 to 14:18:30 and restarted logging.

The 7500 read: 419ppm CO2, 287mmol/m3 H2O, 13.2C, 101.4kPa, 99SS
The 7700 read: 2.0ppm CH4, 74RSSI

I removed the upper boardwalk to prep for the upcoming storm. I checked the two tiedowns; they were both secure.

I left at 14:45 PST.
