Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, golden hour and nice clouds
2022-03-01 Hill Slough Koong and I arrived at 17:10 PST. This was Koong’s first time visiting the Delta field sites. It was mild, calm, and partly cloudy– perfect weather for a first visit. It was getting near dusk so the light had a nice golden color. We could hear and see a lot of birds in the wetland. The water level was relatively low and the tide was going out. The staff gauge read 4.77ft at 17:40. Koong cleaned flux and rad sensors and topped off the reservoir. I downloaded met, cam, and USB GHG data. dfPAR and totPAR seemed ok now after the power cycle last time. I also downloaded the miniDOT data and swapped desiccant for both the miniDOT and water level sensor. LI-7500 readings: CO2 413ppm H2O 474ppm T 20.9C P 101.7kPa SS 99--> 100 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 1.98ppm RSSI 56 --> 71 after cleaning We left at 17:40 PST. |
