Koong and I arrived at 10:30 PST. This was Koong’s first time visiting the Delta field sites. It was a mild and calm day with some high thin clouds—perfect weather for a first visit. The water level is still going up and the staff gauge read 79cm. We passed PG&E on the road by the gas pipeline; they’re finally painting it.

I collected met, cam, and USB GHG data. Koong cleaned flux and rad sensors and the precip funnel. We did something weird to the rad boom where the bolt will no longer bite into the threads of the L-bracket holding the boom in place. We might have stripped the threads on this hole over time.

I downloaded the miniDOT data and changed the desiccant for the miniDOT and water level sensor. The dfPAR that was spiky in the past seems ok this time. The wash reservoir was mostly full and there were a few wasps in the box, so we left it as is.

We had to ziptie the radiometer boom back in place because the bolt on the end was not biting into the threads below anymore.
