Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, no water under tower, no water flowing even though inlet is open
| 2019-08-19 East Pond Camilo, Ariane, and I arrived at 12:20 PDT. It was a mild and sunny day with some nice breezes. There was no standing water under the tower, and you can see a layer of duckweed on top of the muck topography. The water level was 29 cm, and the muck surface was ~40 cm. The water sensors (only the miniDOT for now) were out of the water. Ariane cleaned flux and rad sensors. Camilo downloaded the picam data and swapped the desiccant in the miniDOT and water level sensor. I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. LI-7500 readings: CO2 396ppm H2O 730ppm T 25.1C P 101.6kPa SS 98--> 100 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 1.92ppm RSSI 49--> 71 after cleaning We left at 12:45 PDT. We stopped at the inlet to turn it on all the way, but there was no water coming out. We may want to ask Bryan about this. |
