Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, water samples for Isabel, removed fluorometer for cleaning
| 2019-08-19 Mayberry Camilo, Ariane, and I arrived at 15:20 PDT. It was a breezy and sunny day with blue skies. The water level was 34 cm; we need a scrubby sponge next time to clean it. The wash reservoir was 30% full, we refilled it. I downloaded met, camera, and USB GHG data. Camilo collected water samples for Isabel at 14:30 PST and changed the desiccant in the minidot and water level sensor. Ariane cleaned flux and rad sensors. We pulled the fluorometer up to clean it, but decided just to bring it back to the lab for a thorough cleaning and to install copper grate around the shade cap holes. The same dark grey, mottled fish was in the bottom of the fluorometer cap. We will be back Wednesday, so we can deploy the fluorometer at that point. LI-7500 readings: CO2 390ppm H2O 740ppm T 26.4C P 101.0kPa SS 100--> 102 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 1.87ppm RSSI 53--> 82 after cleaning We left at 15:50 PDT. |
