Perform zero/span on co2 profile system.
Note: ambient flow rate = 2.5 LPM

Upon energizing N2 or CO2 solenoid the rotometer flow would jump slightly and then return to 2.5 LPM.

Upon drastically increasing the flow rate of co2 span gas to the intake the pressure would remain constant at 940. However, the flow rate indicated by the rotometer would increase to about 3.5 LPM. The span value did not appear to have changed.

It is possible that inadvertently bumping the knob on the gas regulator could cause an unintended increase in flow of zero/span gas. This would result in wasting of the cal gases. It would be wise to put a limiting orifice on the output of the gas regulators to eliminate this problem.
