We arrived at 12:00. It was cloudy, drizzly, and breezy. There were ground squirrels aplenty, running away or jumping down their holes as we approached. The ultrasonic pest repellent was still on, but doesn't seem to be working to keep the squirrels away.

The camera data cable (Ethernet cable) is chewed and needs to be replaced. I could still connect to the camera through Stardot Tools, so I left the camera where it is. However, back in the lab the camera card did not have any field photos on it, so the camera script is not working. I installed the sliding mount for the stardot camera, but it needs to be tightened.

Elke took soil respiration measurements. Shreeya took vegetation height measurements.

I downloaded met, soil CO2, camera, and USB GHG data.

We left around 12:30 or 12:45.
