Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, water level sensor has intermittent NANs

2017-04-11
Sherman Wetland

We arrived at 14:25. It was cool, overcast, and very windy. The tule are coming up in some of the deeper channels. The precip bucket funnel was clear.

Elke cleaned the EC and radiation sensors. I collected the met and USB GHG data and swapped camera cards.

We re-set the LI7550 box because there was a clock sync error for the 7700. The error icon disappeared after the reset.

The water level sensor has NAN every few readings, so it looked like there was a loose wire. I looked at the data wire (connected to C5) and the power wires, and they were all secure.

LI7500 readings:
CO2 402.2 umol/mol
H2O 423.7 mmol/m3
T 19.3 Celsius
P 101.5 kPa
SS 102.5 -> 103.3 after cleaning

LI7700 readings:
CH4: 1.96
RSSI: 35.0 -> 73.0 after cleaning

We left at 14:45.
