Phenology: leaves of oak tree looked green than last time, probably because the first-timing brown leaves had fallen, and the second-timing litter fall had not started yet. Thus, starting litter fall is one way oak trees responded the extreme dry conditions. Not all of oak leaves turned to brown at the same time.
Summary
1. Downloaded data at Tower, Floor, and Vaira. Three EC systems worked well.
2. TDR probe measurement
3. dendrometers was re-set too low. Tree was still shrinking, and I saw negative values.
