Summary: Move portable tower, install loaner LI7700, check on main tower.

I arrived about 10am PDT after dropping Sara and Carina at Sherman. It was clear, sunny and warm with a wind from the west to keep it feeling comfortable. The wetland is dark green compared to the surrounding fields that have yellowed.

I jumpstarted the truck at location two and moved it back to location one. I forgot to measure the boom angle before I moved it. It was close to north and we should be able to calculate it based on the permanent tower.

At location one I backed the truck in to make it easier to jumpstart if needed next time. I installed the loaner LI7700 (sn TG1-0141). I got it all logging and then downloaded the data to make sure the CH4 was being recorded. I reinstalled the USB memory stick and everything reported the data was logging correctly. With the truck facing to the north, the solar panel was facing to the east northeast. I lowered the solar panel to almost flat to better catch more sun. I oriented the sonic to true north. The LI7700 wash reservoir was about half full so I filled it. The RSSI was about 70. The solar system read 13.4V, 7.0A solar, 1.3A load.

I left the keys under the solar charger box in the bed, the LI7700 case in the front seat and the washer water bottle from the main tower in the back.

At the permanent tower all seemed well. The LI7700 wash reservoir was almost full so I topped it off. The RSSI was 53 so I did not clean the mirrors.
