I arrived about 11:00PST. It was warm and sunny with a light breeze. There are lots of birds about ? coots, egrets, waders. I didn?t notice any ducks except a dead, male mallard near the cattails on the way out to the Tule Tower. I think the weeds on the levees have stopped growing and have gone to seed.

The LI7700 reservoir was nearly full but I topped it off. The RSSI was 36.9% before cleaning. After wiping the lower mirror it was 55, and after wiping the upper mirror it was 72.

I found enough extra cable on everything except the HMP45 to raise the top of the tower 67.3cm. The center of the sonic and 7500 is now 312cm above the ground. The 7700 center is about 285cm above the ground. The top of the cattails are about 160cm above the ground. The HMP 45 is a little higher but it needs longer cables to be raised to the same height as the rest. The LI7500 box was moved up the leg to free up more cable to the head.

I swapped the card on the Autocam.

I was able to connect to the Tule Tower with the serial cable the runs from the main tower out to the Tule tower. The DO sensor installed last week was reading strange (70mV). Out at the Tule Tower I found that the DO sensor got mis-wired by one slot in L and G instead of H and L. I fixed this and it read 20mV while the deeper one read 16mV.

I pulled the old ground stake and put it back in by the northeast corner of the scaffold. I connected it to the grounding stud on the data logger box.
