Sherman Island: 2011-07-07 11:00:00 (DOY 188)
Author: Joe Verfaillie
Others: Jaclyn, Jose, Maribel

Summary: Flew kite, fixed resistors in soil co2 sensors - still bad data.

Sherman
2011-07-07

I arrived about 11am with Jaclyn, Jose and Mairbel. It was warm and sunny with a good breeze from the west. The pepper weed is still a mixture of new and old flowers. From the bridge, the north ditch it damp but dry on the east end and flooded on the west end. The south ditch is fully flooded and spilling its banks in some places to the west.

There was enough wind to get the kite and camera up for a few test shots.

I replaced the resistors in the Vaisala CO2 transmitters and all channels were reporting. Most of the Vaisala CO2 sensors were giving errors though.

Jaclyn copied data and swapped the CR1000 card.
