Summary: Continued working of swap of soil co2 box and data logger.

I arrived about 1pm. It was hot, sunny with very little and variable wind from the south.

I continued to work on swapping out the soil CO2 box and data logger. I got the thermocouples swapped into the new box, but it seemed that the order of some of the TCs were mixed up:

Pt3 was connected in the fourth channel
Pt5 was connected in the third channel
Pt4 was connected in the fifth channel

I corrected these in the new box. The others were okay.

I had to change the resistors in the Vaisala transmitters to change the output to the lower 0 to 2.5 range of the cr10x, but I grabbed the wrong resistors (121k ohm instead of 121 ohm) and so most of the Vaisala signals were outside the CR10x range and probably also polluting the TC signals. I tried to put some of the 249 ohm resistors used for the CR23x back in but most of the Vaisalas were still giving errors. Two are missing probes and one is missing a transmitter. I pulled the probe out of the tube on one, found is slightly damp and could see condensation on the inside of the tube.

More work to do here.
