Arman and I arrived at 10:40 PDT. Happy Pi Day! And first visit after the time changed. All the fields have been drained. There are still some big flocks of geese around. It was clear sunny and dry with a strong wind from the north.

Arman swapped the home made sun shield on the T/RH sensor for a professional one. I changed the mount for the Arable Mark 3. The original mount was blocking the boom from folding. The new mount is attached to the boom and folds with it. I forgot the bag of bolts I had prepared so it is held in place with a clamp for now.

There were parts from two crayfish in the tipping bucket – I dumped them out and cleaned it up as best I could. I collected flux, camera and Purple Air data. Arman cleaned the eddy sensors.
The 7500 read: 428.7ppm CO2, 300.1mmol/m3 H2O, 17.5C, 101.7kPa, 103.0SS
The 7700 read: 2.0ppm CH4, 52.4ppm CH4 – 76.5 after cleaning
Arman refilled the wash reservoir – it was about 85% full.

There was no met data. When I connected to the CR1000 it said there was no program and the multiplexor was not ticking. I tried to download data several ways but each time it said the table definitions were bad and there was no data to download. Last time when we uploaded a new program the logger was out of program storage space because all the old programs are retained. At that time we removed some of the old programs but it seems the new program never got flagged to run or run on restart. I removed some more of the old programs and set the most recent to run and run on restart. The mux was ticking and there were numbers. We can probably get a lot of the missing data from the Arables.

We left at about 11:22 PDT
