Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, too windy for 7700 calibration, wetland mostly green

Robert and I arrived at 15:00 PDT. It was hazy, warm, and sunny. It was also quite windy and I decided it was too gusty for the 7700 calibration. I'll keep an eye on the wind forecast for the next few weeks for a less windy day. We just focused on regular data collection today. The wetland is looking pretty green and the weeds are still doing great.

The staff gauge read 45cm. I had to climb down to scrub the staff gauge before I could read it. We could see little fish (mosquito fish?) in the water.

I downloaded met, cam, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. I changed the miniDOT and water level sensor desiccants. Robert cleaned flux and rad sensors. The reservoir was 90% full; we refilled it.

The 7500 read: 410ppm CO2, 746 mmol/m3 H2O, 24.5C, 100.3kPa, 102SS after cleaning
The 7700 read: 1.99ppm CH4, 87RSSI after cleaning

I had planned to fix the precip wire permanently today (it has a temporary screw terminal fix), but I decided to do it another time since we weren’t waiting around the 7700 calibration. It was windy enough that I didn’t want to hang out for too long.

We left at 15:20 PDT.
