Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, hella wasps, changed eddy clock +1min
| 2021-09-03 East End Carlos and I arrived at 14:30 PDT. It was hot and sunny with hazy skies. There were hella wasps flying around the tower and the sensors, but I didn’t see any specific nests or congregating areas. There were some ants in the 7550 box so I left them a few mothballs. The staff gauge read 10cm. I downloaded met (maybe), cam, and USB GHG data. The reservoir was mostly full; I topped it off. Carlos cleaned flux and rad sensors. I changed the eddy clock +1min to match the laptop time. I reset the 7550 and checked that the clock still looked good. LI-7500 readings: CO2 398ppm H2O 696ppm T 29.9C P 101.1kPa SS 97 --> 99 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 2.0 RSSI 60 --> 70+ after cleaning We left at 14:55 PDT. Back in the lab, I couldn't find any met file named "EE_met_20210903.dat". I either named it something else or forgot to download it. |
