Summary: Regular data download/collection, cold and foggy, spectral, LAI, veg height, some camera data missing
| 2020-01-07 Bouldin Alfalfa Joe, Camilo, and I arrived at 11:15 PST. It was cold and super foggy. We weren’t able to see our tower from the dirt road and had to “guess†which field to turn into. The alfalfa was about knee height; no sheep on our field yet, but they have been on Tyler’s alfalfa field already. I downloaded met, camera, USB GHG, and FD data. The 7500 and 7700 clocks looked ok. Joe took 1-wand LAI and spectral measurements. Camilo cleaned flux and rad sensors and took veg height measurements. The reservoir was ¼ empty; we refilled it. LI-7500 readings: CO2 444ppm H2O 390ppm T 6.6C P 102.3kPa SS 94--> 102 after cleaning LI7700 readings: CH4 2.7ppm RSSI 32-->50 after cleaning (a lot of condensation on mirrors) We left at 11:37 PST. Back in the lab, there were no camera photos after 2019-12-24. Maybe the current card is getting old. |
