Summary: Li-6400 A-Ci curves

Joe dropped me off at BA at 9:30 AM, and I started setting up the machine for leaf level measurements. I completed 6 A-Ci curves and 3 light response curves. Conditions were cloudy and foggy in the morning, but in the afternoon the sun came out and leaves warmed. Leaves were wet so I had to dry them with a paper towel and allow extra time for them to fully dry inside the cuvette. I also had to use the drierite to dry the incoming air to about 60% RH. After completing the curves, I measured chlorophyll and harvested the leaf for measurements of leaf area.
