Joe, Camilo, and I arrived at 14:35 PST. It was a cold day, mostly sunny with foggy horizons. The channel water was light brown and had various organic matter floating in it. The water level was 27cm.

Joe collected water samples for Isabel at 14:40 PST. To avoid the gunk in the water, he collected them off the east side of the tower (instead of the usual north). Camilo cleaned flux and rad sensors. Joe swapped desiccants for the miniDOT and the water level sensor. The wash reservoir was Â½ full, we refilled it.

Joe and I collected met, camera, USB GHG, and miniDOT data. I changed the 7700 wash spin from 10 sec to 30 sec to allow enough time to spin away the spray water (7700 wash spray remained at 10 sec). I set the 7550 clock forward ~30 sec to match the laptop time and reset the box. Hopefully this will fix the messy RSSI signal in the 20Hz data.

There were some gaps in LWin; we checked the wiring but it seemed ok, maybe the pluggable strip on the mux was loose. I will keep an eye on it.

LI-7500 readings:
CO2 435ppm
H2O 262ppm
T 9.9C
P 101.8kPa
SS 75--> 104 after cleaning
LI7700 readings:
CH4 3.0ppm
RSSI 60--> 86

As we were getting ready to leave, the 7700 wash went off at 15:00 even though RSSI was above the threshold of 30 at that time; I checked the wash/spin settings but they looked ok. Since the wash reservoir was still 1/2 full today, it doesn't seem like a consistent problem.

We left at 15:08 PST.
