Siyan and I arrived at about 12:15. It was mostly overcast and cool with a variable breeze from the south. It is still very dry here but there is a forecast for thunder storms in Tahoe and Reno today.

I swapped the 7500s for calibration. On the Tower sn 0065 came down and sn 75H-2182 went up. At the Floor, last time we stole the IRGA to use at Varia because sn 0418 there was not reporting values. After testing 0418 in the lab for a week and calibrating it with no problems I put it back on the Floor Tower.

I didnâ€™t have the latest config file for 0418 (must not have saved it in the lab), but I had an older config file and was able to get the latest coefficients from our web site and entered them manually. I think all should be well and the numbers looked good. Maybe the â€˜last calâ€™ date might be wrong.

The Tower computer seemed okay and the FLIR images were okay.

I collected data from the FLIR cal panel CR23X and then removed the DF Robot IRT sn TS01-001 looking at the grass. I initially disconnected the Apogee sensor looking at the grass but was able to rewire it and disconnect the DFR instead.

I installed two forced diffusion chambers at the soil co2 plots. Chamber sn FD20180068 is under the tree and sn FD20180026 is in the open. The chambers installed as planned and seemed to be running. At the open plot the deepest Vaisala probe was railed. I removed sn G0150037 (3%) and installed sn K1310102 (1%).
