Summary: Cow fence off, all seems well

When: Mar 12 2004 Where: Tonzi/Vaira Ranch Who: Liukang Xu Weather: Sunny, temperature upper 70s, about 30% of oak trees near Irish Rd already leaf out, but not for trees near our flux tower. Vaira site: With warm weather and ample soil moisture, grass growing very fast. Fencer was not turned on. Luckily no cow getting in. PV reading 13.3, 19.8, 2.6.
