Summary: Standard data collection, downloaded and cleared 2.5GB of images from PiCam.
| East Pond 😀 2018-10-18 I arrived at 10:35 with Daphne and Kyle. It was sunny and warm with little to no wind. The water level is still high (plugged drain) unfortunately for Kyle’s phone (RIP). The plants still look green. The water level was 80cm. Gavin McNicol and Etienne Fluet-Chouinard from Stanford joined us at the end. The 7500 read: 410ppm CO2, 557mmol/m3 H2O, 27.3C, 102.3kPa, 95SS – 98 after cleaning The 7700 read: 2.17ppm CH4, 60RSSI – 72 after cleaning The wash reservoir was nearly full and refilled despite the wasps. PAR in was clean. We downloaded the entire 2.5GB zip archive of photos from the RPiCam, then deleted all photos on the Pi. It seemed to work well if a bit slow due to the huge download. Back in the lab, I can’t find the Licor GHG files. They are probably still on the memory stick that got swapped into East End. We can check next week when we are out there for 7700 calibrations.
