Summary: Soil sampling campaign (Aug) part I
| We arrived around 11am. We took 2 transects (labelled T1 and T2) of 5 soil samples (P1 nearest - P5 furthest to the tower) each from 0-15cm depth with a smaller subsample taken for microbial analysis 3-5m apart starting roughly 5-10m away from the tower going west/southwest through dense veg with the T2P4 and P5 taken from veg near the open water section. The veg was very dense. We left around 12pm. |
