Summary: Regular data collection/cleaning, road fill work
| 2018-07-26 West Pond We arrived around 11:00. It was warm and sunny with clear skies. The water level was 57 cm. There were two workers dumping out soil between the main gravel road and the western end of West Pond. They didn’t know what it was for, but were just instructed to make it level with the road. The West Pond inlet was running quickly and Alex turned the wheel a few times to the left to slow the slow. Someone has trimmed the vegetation around the inlet. Kuno refilled the wash reservoir. Alex and Dennis cleaned the rad and flux sensors. Kuno downloaded the met, camera, and USB GHG data. The 7500 read: 392ppm CO2, 724mmol/m3 H2O, 27.0C, 101.4kPa, 98SS --> 99 after cleaning The 7700 read: 1.98ppm CH4, 45RSSI –> 70 after cleaning. We left at 11:20. |
