Take TDR soil moisture readings 3. Change soil heat flux plate 4. Take spectrometer readings Sherman Island Pasture Site 1. Fence and gate power: OK 2. Datalogger Solar Panel and Batteries: 12.2 3. Reading from Gillsonic screen before downloading data. (The value of H2O and CO2 should be in the range of 0 – 5 v.) 4. Methane Sensor a. Cell Pressure (near 159 Torr?): 159.8 b. Cell Temperature: 38.75 c. Double Check i. Sample rate: 10Hz?: ok ii. Methane ppm Hi flow: iii. Methane ppm, low flow (remember to put back in high flow: iv. Pump status??:____ v. Filter Status:______ vi. Check Water in tube: 5. downloading data 6. If Swapping Li-7500 Analyzer. (Remove SN# ; install SN# ) 7. Check the fans of air temp. and relative humidity sensors 8. Check MD-9 system connections 9. Check CR23X with two multiplexers and sensor values 10. Check levels of Radiation sensors, clear up surfaces. Closed gate and set up fence. Other Notes: • Replace heat flux plate sn 000142 with sn 00245, cal. factor 61.5 ïV W-1 m-2 • Try to download CH4 data, but got task error • The file.crx10 were not created, PC208W was not open, I collected all to retrieve the data • Water table depth was 3ft 8 tenth from the top of the tube = 67.56 cm • A lof of pincher bugs intrusion in the Datalogger box Remember next time to: • Filter for pressure sensor in the datalogger box • Products for bugs • Wet tissues for cleaning instruments |
