Summary: Lots of wasps in boxes, standard data collection, did not do water sensros, changed clock and bandwidth on 7550.

I arrived about 9:30 with Patty and Ian. It was breezy and cool. The water level is still low, about 20cm down from normal. There were clouds to the east that looked rainy.

The data logger box was FULL of wasps. Luckily, they were cold and not aggressive. I cleaned a lot of them out and many became fish food falling into the water below. A bunch still hid behind the back plane inside the box. I plugged the cable port with putty before I left, but beware of lingering wasps next time.

The 7700 read: 2.04ppm CH4, 79.9RSSI â€“ 69.7 after cleaning
The 7500 read: 401.6ppm CO2, 682mmol/m3, 97.4SS, 20.36C, 101.4kPa
After cleaning 413.9ppm CO2, 657.7mmol/m3, 102.3SS

The 7550 clock was off. At 8:38 I reset it from 8.32
The 7550 bandwidth setting was 5Hz, I changed it to 10Hz since we are collecting at 20Hz.

Patty filled the 7700 wash reservoir and cleaned sensors. Beware of wasps in the wash box.

Ian wandered around in the water taking samples for his planned undergraduate thesis looking at biota in the water column.
