Summary: Tried to replace Tower computer, reset Tower computer, removed pressure controller from co2 profile, cleaned LI-820, Cows broke fences again.

I arrived about 10:45 with Ana. It was clear, sunny and warm with a nice breeze. Lots of cows along the road near the tower. The cows broke the fences again and we repaired the fences again. Most trees have some brown leaves.

The tower computer was running but seems to have restarted several times. One of these restarts killed the Loggernet settings so it had not collected data from the tram or co2 profile system for several days.

I tried to install the compute stick, but I could not get it to connect to the Pheoncam. The network connection was good to the laptop and the laptop could connect to the Phenocam, but the compute stick could not connect to the Phenocam. Might be something to do with the Ethernet adapter and the length or wiring of the cable to the Pheoncam. I will test it with a long cable in the lab. I rebuilt the Loggernet settings in the old computer and got it running again.

The LI-820 was dirty again and when I went to clean it I notice it had almost no flow. I traced the blockage to the pressure controller. I removed the pressure controller, patched the tubing together and cleaned the LI-820. Afterwards I was able to calibrate the system and the flow was okay around 1.5 on the flow meter.

Before cal zero = 0.9362, span = 0.8338 on 2015-09-01

After cal zero = 0.9477, span = 0.8394

Ana did moisture point, well depth and collected data from the Floor site, wind profile, IRT system and z-cams.

I cleaned the tower top radiometers and read dendrometers
