Portable Tower
We arrived at the High Veg 2 portable tower site at about 10:30 PDT. Moved portable to Low Veg site. We are still experiencing lots of line lock dropouts in the 7700. We tightened all power connections in the hopes this fixes the problem. The 7550 power connection was not as tight as it could have been.

Downloaded the data. 7700 cleaned settings were on default for some reason. Reset.
Sonic N at Low Veg site: 294Â° N true.

Sara and Kathleen took water samples at the low veg site. 2 in the veg and 3 in the open water. When they were tromping through the open water to return to the truck, CH4 concentration at the tower peaked up to 25 ppm!

CO2: 403 ppm (408 after cleaning)
H2O: 650 mmol m-3 (600 after cleaning)
signal strength = 91.1% (91.5% after cleaning)
t: 22.2 Â°C
p = 100.9 kPa
sos = 345 m s-1
CH4: 1.91 ppm (1.96 ppm after cleaning)
RSSI: 26% (72% after cleaning)
Topped off reservoir.

Permanent Tower
All was well. Downloaded data. Sara and Kathleen took water samples (2 in veg, 3 in open water). Took spectral measurements from tower.

7500 readings:
CO2: 400 ppm (same after cleaning)
H2O: 680 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
signal strength = 95.4% (95.8% after cleaning)
t: 24.2 Â°C
p = 100.9 kPa
sos = 347 m s-1

Current 7700 readings:
CH4 = 2.0 ppm (same after cleaning)
RSSI = 42% (68% after cleaning)
Reservoir was full.
Met looked good.â€ƒ
