West Pond
2014-06-05

We arrived about 14:50 PDT. It was hot and sunny. The site is nice and green, seeming to show lots of new cattail growth. The water level was still at the surface, although we saw the inlet was running strong. No water samples.

Sara and Madeline took spectral measurements from the tower.
I changed the 7700 washer setting to clean at RSSI < 30.

7500 readings:
CO2 = 400 ppm (same after cleaning)
H2O = 530 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
signal strength = 79.4% (80.1% after cleaning)
p = 100.6 kPa
t = 30.8 C
sos = 353 m s-1

7700 readings:
CH4 = 1.9 ppm
RSSI = 31% (80% after cleaning)
Reservoir was full.

Met looked good.
