Summary: Standard field work. More sensor orientations. Replaced TC profile #2. All good.

We arrived about 9:00 PDT. It was overcast and cool with a mild breeze. The pepperweed has taken off, covering most of the field. There is also a grass understory. A large area of shallow standing water was present about 150 m out into the footprint as a result of the recent rains.

Patty did soil respiration, spectral, and moisture point while I attended to the tower, downloaded data, and did veg height measurements later. I also took some additional sensor orientation measurements and replaced Soil temperature profile #2 with a new stick where the thermocouples are taped to the outside. Still need to replace profile #1 with the new setup.

Sensor orientations (from mid-point of sonic to midpoint of instrument):
7500: 33 cm below sonic
CH4 inlet: 10 cm below sonic
HMP 45: 258 cm above ground, 85 cm east of sonic, 50 cm south of sonic
Diffuse Par: 202 cm high, 409 cm west of sonic, 60 cm south of sonic

LGR readings: 2.02 ppm, 09:09, 20.43 C, 123.1 Torr (adjusted to 142.5 Torr), 14.78 us, 10 Hz

7500 readings:
CO2: 17.8 mmol m-3 (same after cleaning)
H2O: 500 mmol m-3 (600 after cleaning)
P = 101.6 kPa
T = 14.5 C
Diag: 249 (same after cleaning)
Sos: 3341.2 m s-1

Met & Soil CO2 looked good. Cleaned radiation sensors.
