Summary: Data download. Serviced DO probe.

West Pond
2014-03-13

We arrived around 14:00 PDT. It was sunny, calm, and hot. Like the previous week, the site remains senescent, with the very rare green tule poking through the thatch. I downloaded data while Patty serviced the DO probe since that hadn’t been done in several months. She also cleaned the 7500 and 7700 and reconnected the sprayer on the 7700 which we had forgotten to reattach when we calibrated the sensor last week. We forgot to measured the instrument heights at this site.

7500 readings:
CO2 = 407 ppm (404 after cleaning)
H2O = 307 mmol m-3 (309 after cleaning)
signal strength = 96.13% (96.45% after cleaning)
t = 23.6 C
p = 101.4 kPa
sos = 347 m s-1

7700 readings:
CH4 = 1.92 ppm (1.91 after cleaning and calibration)
RSSI = 47% (82% after cleaning)
Reservoir was full.
