Phenology:

1. Grasses turned into yellow, 30% at Vaira, 10% at Tonzi. In the open area of Tonzi, 80% grasses died out.
2. Wildflowers were colorful: most were yellow, some white, few purple. Saw some clovers but very rare. Oak leaves looked darker green.
3. Mr. Tonzi said 1975 was a very dry year. He sold his last 75 pairs of cows at that year.
4. Some of soil moisture at 40-60 cm dropped to ~10%.
