2010/8/5 Arrived about 8am after dropping Jaclyn off at Tonzi. Clear, warm, sunny. Light wind from a southerly direction. Standing litter may have been knocked down a bit by weather. I worked on fixing the rain bucket again. I rewrote the program from scratch – no luck. I tried a rain bucket only program again and it seemed to have the same problem. Individual tips are recorded on the 10sec interval, but totalized final storage doesn’t get them. Campbell says use shortcut to write tipping bucket only program. In *B mode check error codes reset with 88. Check lithium battery > 2.5V. Other things looked okay. I copied data. Focus on web cam images looks better. In rushing from the tipping bucket to the computer screen, I tripped over one of the tower guy wires pulling its anchor from the ground. The tower is still firmly in place and the guy can be fixed when the ground gets softer after the first rains. |
