2012-09-27

I arrived about 12:25 with Cove, Sara and Laurie. It was clear, sunny and hot with little to no wind. The fields look yellow with seeding rice. The field is still weedy, especially our check, but the rice looks full and heavy. The water has been off for a week or two there is standing water only in the low spots.

Sara, Cove and Laurie did the standard fieldwork while I collected the data. The system read:
CO2 395ppm, H2O 720, AGC 43.8, T = 29.9, SOS = 352, CH4 = 2.1ppm, RSSI = 41.

After cleaning the RSSI rose to 59.

The DO sensor was high and dry so we removed it until the field is flooded again.
