Summary: Standard fieldwork, removed soil moisture probes (ML2x)
| We arrived at the site around 10:50 PDT. It was slightly warmer and less windy than at Sherman.
Carina made LAI and spectral measurements while Cristina made clip plot measurements. Jaclyn and I removed the 2 soil moisture probes (ML2x) that were out there and tried to replace them with Campbell water content reflectometers, but we couldn't connect to the CR23x. We wired the Campbell soil moisture probes to the 23x, but will wait until next week to change the program. The LI-7700 RSSI was 33 before cleaning and 44 afterwards (I wasn't quite tall enough to clean the top mirror). |
